Adecco started its operations in Bulgaria in December 2005. Currently we have more than 250 IT professionals on board, working across different technologies as Windows, UNIX, Mainframe, Backup, AS/400, Storage etc.

Currently we are looking 1st line Database support engineers to work on-site with our customer Hewlett-Packard, providing remote server and application support to HP customers. The job purpose is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer’s production environment.

Main duties will include:

• Administration of MSSQL and Oracle databases
• Database backup & restore
• Collaboration with other service delivery units

Requirements:

- Knowledge/work experience in Oracle or MS SQL database administration.
- Knowledge/work experience in Windows platforms (Windows200X servers) or Unix platforms (HP-UX, Linux – any flavour, Solaris, AIX).
- Certification in platform (Microsoft or Unix) or in Database field (Oracle or MS MSQ) will be considered as an advantage.
