Service Solution and Transition Management Specialist
Ref No SSTMS
The Service Solution and Transition Management Specialist will be responsible for after sales servicing of solution implementation at client side and proper calculation for service deliverables; will participate in service implementation of won projects, monitoring service scope and ITIL process.
He/ she will be reporting to a Team Lead, will be able to work remotely and at the same time required to travel outside Bulgaria to client locations.
Successful candidate will be creative, able to think “outside of the box”, will have analytical thinking and ability to process large amount of information in a structural manner, ability to prioritize, service and customer oriented attitude.
Required skills and experience are:
• Higher education degree or professional experience in IT, Economics, BA
• Previous experience in Service Delivery/ Managed Services/ Outsourcing type of business and industry specifics
• Able to communicate effectively with different members of the team – from sales leads to project and senior management
• Ability to analyse data, follow processes, prepare financial models, documents for presentation needs
• ITIL Foundation
• Fluent English
