SUPPORT ENGINEER WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing support to corporate customers about company's products
- Handling all incoming customers' e-mails in a timely and professional manner in order to assure customer's satisfaction
- Communicating with colleagues and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups and persons
Main Requirements:
- Previous experience on a relevant position
- Fluency in German language (both written and verbal) and good knowledge of English language
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or any other related speciality
- Knowledge in some of the following technologies: XML, Java, Script code, Operational Systems and Databases is required
- Knowledge in some of the following management systems would be an advantage: uCMDB, BAC, SM, SA, OVO, NNM
- Customer oriented person
- Very good analytical skills and excellent communication skills
