One of our customers, an international company focused on the development of Delivery and Customer Service Area, is currently looking to attract for its team based in Sofia:
DUTCH SPEAKING SUPPORT SPECIALISTS
Main responsibilities:
- Providing support to customers about company's products
- Handling incoming customer's e-mails and telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner in order to assure customer's satisfaction
- Communicating with colleagues and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups and persons.
Main requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch language (both written and verbal) and very good command in English language
- Excellent knowledge of Windows OS and ability to install various software programs
- Customer oriented person with good analytical skills
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Information Technologies or related will be a great plus
- Previous experience on support position will be an advantage.
