Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to the global customers of the company
• Investigate and resolve computer software and hardware issues.
• Remote troubleshoot software and peripheral devices.
• Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
• Perform other duties as required
Required skills for this position include:
• Proficient level in German and good level of English
• Strong verbal communication skills
• General knowledge of PCs
• Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting skills
• Entry-level in MS applications and network troubleshooting
