Service Delivery Manager

Adecco started its operations in Bulgaria in December 2005. Currently we have more than 250 IT professionals on board, working across different technologies as Windows, UNIX, Mainframe, Backup, AS/400, Storage etc and more than 300 employees providing multilingual end user support.
Currently we are looking for Service Delivery Manager to join our company.
He/she has responsibility for all aspects of operational and service delivery of one or more desks. Included in this is taking full accountability of the performance of one or more desks, implementing operational changes to enhance the delivery of desk/s, attend Management meetings and take over responsibility for one or more improvement projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Entirely responsible for the Operations and Quality of Delivery
Manages effectively relationship with partners from Customer side
Take ownership for Client satisfaction issues; report and resolve any issues caused by the Service Desk team
Counter part of the client Service Delivery Manager
Responsible for resource planning of corresponding project
Communicates with the Recruitment team
Responsible for the financial management of the respective service desks
Key Skills:
Leadership
Strong communication skills
Provides feedback and manages performance
Motivates and coaches staff towards achievement of objectives and goals through change
Able to negotiate with others and influence decision making
Ability to lead on major change initiatives and role model effective change management behaviours
Acting proactively
