JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
Profile of the position:
* In a team of professionals you are going to be in charge of canalization of customer's daily usage data. Following the working process and signalize, when unusual information is detected. Communication with customer's about their inputs and providing subsequent support.
Main requirements:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunications, Informatics, Computer Science or any other related specialty
* Excellent command of ENGLISH language – both written and spoken
* Some technological background or theoretical knowledge in the field of Telecommunications
* Excellent communication skills and self-motivated person
* Knowledge in SQL
* Strong time management skills and ability to follow established procedures.
