System Engineer with German language ready to travel abroad
Job requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or any related
- Previous work experience in Windows server administration
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and German language (excellent command of Spanish or Italian or French will be considered as a big advantage)
- Experience in supporting networks and systems management based applications
- Database knowledge (MS SQL, Oracle)
- Linux server administration skills are desirable
- Knowledge of VMware products and/or Microsoft Virtual Server is highly preffered
- Analytical, troubleshooting, communications skills are necessary
- Quick-learning, proactive and organized person with ability to work under minimum supervision
The responsibilities:
- Providing support for a global customer base
- Reproducing issues and bugs in house as well as troubleshooting reported product issues
- Responding to reported problems and work them through to closure
- Providing feedback to management on issues related to customer satisfaction; coordination of critical issues with engineering team
- Working with clients and partners to ensure positive solutions and results
