LEAD DEVELOPER EXPERIENCED IN RUBY PROGRAMMING
Main activities:
Lead a new development team in Sofia
Work closely with Developers, Support Analysts, Projects Managers and Client representatives
The person must be a talented team player who is self-motivated and capable of making a substantial contribution to
Company’s products.
Requirements:
OO coding using Ruby, and at least one other OO language
Web application development using Ruby on Rails
MySQL
HTML, CSS; Javascript (prototype / jquery), AJAX and DOM
Software version control using Git
Linux command line
Agile software development methodologies and practices
Project and team leadership
Advantages:
Text search tools - e.g. SOLR, Lucene, Fast, Autonomy
Software modeling using UML
Experience of interface design and usability
