Currently we are looking for:
TS Oracle SUPPORT ENGINEERS
The Role:
Your daily duties include remote server support. You will provide remote assistance to HP clients in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The Support Engineer focuses on continuous operation, project and change management of the operating systems, many of them within a high availability environment. The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction while working against Service Levels Agreements.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience with Oracle 8i and/or 9i and/or 10g
- experience with Windows OS
- experience with Unix OS will be big advantage
- good English language skills
