SharePoint Developer
The person will take part in the development, customization and integration efforts of innovative Microsoft enterprise solutions. The SharePoint Developer will also contribute subject matter expertise and provide guidance and training to clients and junior professionals.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years SharePoint development experience on enterprise initiatives
- Understanding of Workflow Foundation, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, and SharePoint Designer 2007
- Experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence is required
- Experience with Microsoft Office InfoPath Forms Services, SharePoint Templates (Application Templates, Master Pages, Role-Based Templates, and the Community Kit for SharePoint) is highly preferred
- SharePoint knowledge including Web Part development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning and deploying enterprise SharePoint implementations
- Development experience with Microsoft.NET technologies (e.g. ASP.NET 2.0/3.0, C#, XML, CSS, HTML, IIS, BizTalk Server, SQL Server, etc.)
- Knowledge of .NET Framework and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of Windows 2003/2008 Server/AD domain
infrastructure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills between both the customer and all levels within the organization are required
- Knowledge of business practices and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs are also required
- Good command of English or German
- Must be motivated with a focus on team performance
- Ability to travel
Preferred:
- A Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
- MOSS or MCSD certifications
- Prior consulting or project management experience
