We are looking for one of our customers an organizational person with strong management skills to join an important testing team as a:
TEST LEAD
This role – very important within the company is responsible for design, develop and execution all testing – related activities on applications, infrastructure or hardware components of IT solutions. The Test lead will also be responsible for development the Testing components of application solutions by applying knowledge of service offerings, capabilities, innovation, sales pursuit strategy, Testing & Quality Methodology.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent;
- Excellent English – both written and spoken
- Experience as Test Lead and ability to manage and coordinate Test Activities
- Experience in creating Test plans and detailed test cases
- Excellent knowledge of ETM – Enterprise Testing Methodology
- Good knowledge of testing tools HP Quality Center/RallyDev, HP SOAPUI, HP Service Test
- Knowledge of Java, JEE, JBoss/ WebLogic and SOA concepts
- Knowledge of Business Analysis, Business Process Modeling, Software Architecture and Databases
