One of our customers, an international company focused on the development of Delivery and Customer Service Area, is currently looking to attract for its new team based in Rousse:
NORWEGIAN SPEAKING SUPPORT SPECIALISTS
Main responsibilities:
* Providing support to customers about company's products
* Handling incoming customer's e-mails and telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner in order to assure customer's satisfaction
* Communicating with colleagues and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups and persons.
Main requirements:
* Excellent command of Norwegian language (both written and verbal)
* Very good user level of Windows OS and MS Office Package
* Customer oriented person with good analytical skills
* Good command of English language
* Previous experience on support position will be an advantage.
