TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE
Main responsibilities:
- Identifying and solving challenging issues
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Providing technical assistance to customers
- Working on complex tasks in collaboration with other teams
- Offering technical training and support to colleagues
Main requirements:
- Fluency in GERMAN language
- Excellent knowledge in ENGLISH language
- 2+ years professional IT background
- Strong experience in MS Exchange and Active Directory
- Network knowledge and experience
- An advantage would be the experience with Sharepoint, Blackberry
- Analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting skills
- Commercial experience in a similar position
