JUNIOR SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job Role:
You will work within mainframe support team on major customer sites, or within a centrally based support facility. The role
will involve travel to multiple clients of the company.
Requirements for the position:
- Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent;
- Any professional experience in technical or operations support would be an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Fluent English.
