Senior Flash Developer SFD03

We are looking for a Senior Flash Developer – meaning that you feel comfortable with your Flash skills, but are still
enthusiastic about expanding your knowledge and sharing it with your colleagues. You will work as a part of one of the most
experienced and people-oriented Flash teams in Bulgaria. For the rest read below:

YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- good people skills
- patience and empathy to listen, understand and communicate with others
- a sense of humor
- sound knowledge of Flash and Actionscript (2.0/3.0)
- basic knowledge of Flex
- experience in team-based projects
- internal drive to achieve and succeed.
YOUR JOB WILL BE:
-Develop a diverse range of Flash/Flex projects. These will include, but not be limited to games, websites, CD presentations,
RIA, etc.
-To share your knowledge with your Colleagues. Active sharing of the know-how in the field is in the interest of both yourself
and our company.
-Communicate with your Colleagues. A Flash developer is often found in the middle of a triangle between the designer’s
vision, programmer’s abilities and project manager’s requirements. Use your experience to make this process as smooth and
humanly as possible.
