Your Role:
You will be involved in providing third level remote support in the field of Windows operating system.
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in administration and maintenance;
• Experience in Windows NT/XP/2000/2003/;
• Experience in MS Windows Server 2003, MS Cluster services;
• MCP/MCSA/MCSE certificates will be considered as a strong advantage;
• High competence in troubleshooting and bug fixing;
• Ability to work in a team and to integrate into complex projects;
• Very good English.
Your responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day (day shifts) management and support in terms of:
• Designing, implementing and operating of system environments;
• Backup/restore, disaster recovery, monitoring and security;
• Providing and administrating of group guidelines;
• Administration and maintenance;
• Planning and operating of migrations.
