GERMAN SPEAKING BILLING SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The requirements for the position include:
- Very good knowledge with MS Office, Windows OS and Internet applications
- Excellent command of German language (both written and spoken)
- Excellent command of English language (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience as Billing Support Specialist will be consider as an advantage
- Communicative, customer service oriented person with attention to details
The responsibilities for the position include:
- Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers over the phone
- Take incoming calls - general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers
- Resolve customer escalations
- Troubleshoot reported issues and resolve or escalate them
- Replies to customer’s written inquiries
- Contributes for preventing fraud in electronic payments through analyzing and diagnosis of primary data
