JUNIOR SUPPORT ENGINEERS
Main requirements:
* Basic knowledge in Windows OS
* Basic knowledge in SQL
* Bachelor / Master Degree in Telecommunications or related
* Very good command of English language
* Customer oriented person
* Fast learner with ability to meet tight deadlines.
Main responsibilities:
* Providing technical support and monitoring of the company's system
* Modification's creation and configuration in order to customize programs
* Determination of problems and troubleshooting.
