HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT
As a Human resources consultant you will be responsible for:
Accomplishing the whole recruitment process;
Analyzing and creating job profiles;
Pre-screening job applications;
Testing candidates' skills and knowledge;
Conducting interviews;
Day-to-day communication both with the candidates and the companies;
We are looking for people with the following skills and qualifications:
University degree, or a last-year student;
Excellent command of English language is a MUST;
Any other foreign language will be a great advantage;
Interest in the field of HR, especially recruitment;
Strong motivation to improve your knowledge;
Ability to meet deadlines and to work with minimum supervision
