our customers – global company which is going to established IT support center in Sofia:
IT SUPPORT/CALL CENTER MANAGER
Your role:
Management of a large team of IT associates. Responsible for technical leadership, project
planning, and management duties necessary to develop staff and deploy technical solutions
meeting the needs of the business.
Main requirements:
7+ years professional experience on management position (pref. in a global corporation)
Excellent people and process management skills
Excellent command of English language
Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Capability of multi tasking and paying close attention to detail
Able to provide excellent verbal and written communication between customers, managers and team members
Able to work within deadlines, ensuring both timely, cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction
Any certification in Cisco, Novell or other is a plus
