support of property portals and technical solutions in the digital media area, is looking for:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST
Purpose of the role:
You will provide high quality technical support to internal and external customers on various company's products and
technologies. You will also provide assistance in the development and monitoring of current Technical Support processes and
procedures making recommendations for improvement where required.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent;
- Excellent English – both written and spoken
- Professional experience with C# or VB.NET
- Excellent knowledge in MS SQL Server, T – SQL, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
- Knowledge of File importing (CSV, TSV, PSV) and FTP, HTTP
- Knowledge of Windows 2008 and IIS
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Customer oriented person who is also excellent team player
