Bulwork® is the first IT/ITES recruitment agency in Bulgaria. The company has established a reputation for delivering high quality services to both candidates and clients. We are looking to recruit for one of our customers – global company which is going to establish IT support center in Sofia:
SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Purpose of the role:
• You are going to provide support for corporate clients of the company / in English language/. This will include both operational usage and IT technology focus.
Requirements for the position:
• Bachelor‘s Degree in Computer Science or related
• Excellent command of English language – both written and spoken
• 2+ years experience as a Technical or Helpdesk Support Specialist
• Very good knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS (Windows XP/7), software installation and support
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Experience in networking and IT security is a plus
• Understanding of relational data base concepts is a plus
