One of our customers – an international software company which is looking to recruit for their new subsidiary in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia:
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Requirements:
• 6+ years of professional experience on a similar role in a software company;
• Knowledge in Agile/SCRUM methodology;
• Previous technological experience in .NET and Delphi;
• Fluency in English, ability to make presentations in English;
• People Management skills;
• Very good organizational skills, ability to meet established deadlines;
• Hand on experience re project documentation and tracking, configuration and change management.
Advantages:
• Any certification on Project Management (PMI, Prince);
• Good knowledge of Polish language.
The company will offer you:
• Opportunity to be part of an international company and to lead a team of 15 qualified Software Developers;
• Opportunity to travel abroad
• Very good remuneration package.
