One of our customers - an international company specialized in the field of software applications development and particularly in development of web applications for trade is looking for:
PROJECT MANAGER FOR AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY
The requirements:
- At least 3 years Project Management experience in web application development
- Strong leadership and team building capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with programming languages including Java (J2EE)
- Very good command of English language (both written and spoken)
Purpose of the role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
The responsibilities:
- To lead the development team, plan the projects, liaise with the client’s personnel and be ultimately responsible for the delivery of the Client’s applications (both in terms of quality and timescales/cost)
- Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members
- Quickly identify problems and bottlenecks and propose viable solutions
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
