* Knowledge and experience in building and support of Windows based systems, networks, software
* Advance knowledge of SQL, VB, Perl, JavaScript
* Network knowledge ( Cisco/Firewall/Proxy) will be considered an advantage
* Acquaintance with and practice in end user software;
* Knowledge of the processes in trade and/or production companies;
* Ability to manage time and deliver quality deliverables on a set schedule
* Ability to communicate complex business problems to non-specialists
* Analytical thinking;
* Excellent communication and organizing skills;
* Team working ability
* Excellent English and/or German
* 2+ years at similar positions
