Our client is a successful multinational software development company. For their expanding team in Sofia, we currently looking for a:
QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
/QAE1201/
Job Profile:
The essential of the work of the Quality Assurance Engineer will be to develops, modifies, and executes software test plans. The Quality Assurance Engineer will participate in analyzing and writing test approaches and procedures, as well as in troubleshoots and debugs software products. He/she will maintain documentation of test results and will analyze these results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. The position includes a close work with development engineers of the company in resolution of software problems.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
• Minimum 2 years experience in software quality assurance;
• Excellent knowledge of QA strategy, process and tools;
• Excellent working experience with primarily Linux and Windows;
• Knowledge of: Shell scripting languages, relational databases and database applications (MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle);
• Performance/Benchmark/Load/Stress testing experience of real-world, high level transaction, C++ or Java applications;
• Hands-on test execution and debugging skills;
• Basic working knowledge of: C++ or Java, Linux System/Network administration;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to understand various sides of issues are important. Creativity and ability to express technical concepts.
