and Customer Service. For their office in Sofia they are willing to attract:
NORWEGIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job Role:
• To provide support and help to customers about company's products over free company telephone lines
• To handle all incoming Customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, in
order to assure Customer satisfaction connected
• To communicate with colleagues and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups and
persons
The Profile we are looking for:
• Excellent command of NORWEGIAN language;
• Excellent team player;
• Willing to work on shifts;
• Ability to communicate with people and solving customer queries over phone or Internet;
• MS Office skills;
We will consider as an advantage:
• Very good command of some of the other Scandinavian languages: SWEDISH, DANISH, DUTCH, FINNISH;
• Good command of English language will be advantage;
• Some experience in service sector or in call/ support center.
