Alpha Bank Group is one of the largest private institutions offering a wide range of finance and bank services in Greece. In Bulgaria, Alpha Bank started its activity in 1995 and due to our rapidly expanding activity we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional on the position of:
PROJECT COORDINATOR AT IT DEPARTMENT – REF. №104
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads and assists in the implementation of complex solutions for IT services
• Aligns the technical domain with the business strategy
• Determines technical goals in makes detailed plans for their accomplishment
• Develops effectively budgeting, administrative policies and procedures, coordinates their implementation, supervises the staff, works with internal and external clients, vendors, reviews necessity of trainings
• Works closely with the other departments and HQ of the Bank
REQUIREMENTS:
• High education relevant to the position
• Experience in IT service delivery management and IT infrastructure outsourcing
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar area, practical experience in managing
or supporting IT projects
• Experience in Application services management
• Fluency in English - spoken and writen
• Ability to influence and achieve results, working under short timeframes and significant pressure
• Ability to work effectively in diverse and multi-cultural environment
• Excellent communication skills
