REPORTING SPECIALIST
*Main Requirements:*
* Very good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
* Ability to create SQL queries
* Good knowledge or experience in programming in PHP/XML
* Ability to read the code written by others
* Ability to understand and detect errors and to write fixes
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good problem solving skills
* Good time management skills
* Very good command of English Language both written and spoken
* Very good communications skills
* Positive team attitude
*Main Responsibilities:*
* Solving support requests and updating the support requests with relevant information
* Giving high level technical support to the Technical Support Specialists and other teams of the company
* Looking for, detecting, configuring and fixing defects in the company's software
