What you need to show:
Technical Skills
Intermediate knowledge:
• All-rounder with general knowledge of operating system, espacially Windows Server 2003, Linux SuSe Linux 10, RedHat Linux 5, HP-UX 11 and VMware ESX 3.5
• Constraints and requirements in combination with applications. Of particular importance is to review administration and update processes
• Needs and requirements of different operating systems and applications. Review of administration and recovery processes
• Understanding of thresholds for hardware, operating systems, tools and applications
• Profound knowledge of operating system and application patches in combination with automated processes. Essential is grasp of service levels, authorization and change management
• Deep Knowledge of hardening features of operating systems and applications. Especially identification of security leaks to improve reliability and availability of systems
Soft skills:
• Ability to work independent
• Very good collaborative ability
• Very good team player skills
• Loyalty to HP
Language skills:
English language – Fluent
What you need to have as an experience:
• At least three years support experience in customer environments
• Minimum requirement: ITIL basic knowledge
