If you have the following assets:
• Strong customer service background in a technical field
• University Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a technical field
• Customer orientation, empathy and problem solving skills
• Friendly approach to clients and multitasking capacity
• Pro-active and dynamic approach to solutions
• Fast learning and discipline
• You are fluent or native in Spanish AND English
..your role will be to:
• Provide proficient technical support to clients over the phone and via email
• Provide application support to the end-users
• Solve technical issues and abide by the prescribed norms
