Technical Skills
Advanced knowledge:
• RSA SecurID, RSA Authentication Manager, Cisco ACS (TACACS+), Cisco ASA and/or Cisco VPN 3000
• Difference between various internet connections based on Modem, ISDN, GPRS, EDGE, HSCSD, HSDPA, UMTS, DSL, Home DSL via DSL router, Cabel DSL, PPPoE
• Knowledge about TCP/IP, IPSec, IPSec passthru, NAT, NAT traversal, Cisco VPN Client and Client2Site VPN, Radius Protocol, Two-Factor Authentication, Secure Authentica
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating systems as W2K, WXP and Vista and the difference between Operating Systems in other languages
Soft skills:
• Flexibility for solving Remote User Problems in different countries without having the possibility of Internet or Remote access
Language skills:
English language – Fluent
German language – Good

• ITIL basic knowledge
