AS WE ARE BUILDING UP OUR BRAND NEW DEVELOPMENT TEAM, WE GIVE YOU THE CHANCE TO JOIN IT AS PROJECT TEAM LEAD
As a Project Lead you will:
• Facilitate resource assignments and manage deliverables
• Develop project plans, monitor project progress and produce standard PM reports
• Conduct code reviews
• Coordinate team meetings
• Write technical documents
We expect:
Project Management Skills:
• Good communication and leader skills
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle phases
• At least 2-3 years of experience in managing technical teams
• 4-5 years of project / technical management experience
Technical Skills:
• Good understanding of the HTML, CSS, DOM, Javascript, Ajax, WebServices and XML
• Good understanding of ADO.NET, Entity model framework and Data Mapping tools
• Experience in developing ASP.NET based solutions on either C# or VB.NET
• Good understating of SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
• Some exposure to (T)SQL 2005/2008
• Experience in NUnit or Visual Studio team edition testing frameworks
• Experience in source control management tools such as Source safe or CVS open version
