*TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST*
*Requirements for the position:*
* University degree in Computer science or related field
* At least 2+ years of professional experience in networking
* Very good knowledge and experience with HTML/XHTML, SQL, XML
* Experience with dealing with customers
* Very good command of English language both written and spoken
* Confident, initiative and quick thinking person is required
* High level of IT awareness
*Responsibilities for the position:*
* Providing and managing the resolution of all incoming incidents
* Record all incidents of the current incident logging application
* Monitoring different incidents raised by Clients, Internal Staff and Partners
* Assisting in the development and monitoring of current Help desk processes and procedures
* Assisting in the production of weekly and monthly Help Desk managerial statistics relating to areas such as response times, number of incidents, etc.
