IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, install, implement, and maintain internal data processing systems;
• Collect and analyze information from system users to formulate the project scope and objectives;
• Write system and programming specification, develop customized solutions to user problems, so that when the system is implemented it will meet user needs;
• Plan and coordinate systems implementation and is responsible for coding, testing, and debugging programs;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation;
Requirements:
• University degree in an area related to the job;
• Minimum 2 years of progressive applications development programming experience;
• Extensive knowledge of application development, support and maintenance, programming methodology, procedures and concepts;
• MS SQL Server experience;
• Studio experience (VB and WEB preferred);
• Able to manage projects and resources in a time and change driven environment;
• Ability to communicate effectively with user personnel, management, vendors etc.
• Good command of English language
