Developer Support Engineer
Requirements:
• Experience with customer services;
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming;
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2003/2005 and C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET;
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, AJAX, HTML, JSF);
• Excellent communication in English (spoken and written);
• Ability to comprehend and retain the company’s product knowledge;
• Experience with databases and data structures is an advantage.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support other developer support engineers in their daily troubleshooting;
• Work very closely with engineering team;
• Provide direct programming support to professional developers using company products;
• Analyze, reproduce, and troubleshoot technical problems using the company’s products as reported by customers;
• Reproduce bugs reported by a customer in a coded sample project;
• Take programming projects as assigned by manager or other departments;
• Test/verify bugs submitted on behalf of customers;
• Provide feedback and suggestions on product, process, and service improvements, and submit ideas for new products.
