La Fit Consulting Company – an expert in key HR solutions for the small-medium sized business is looking for its client - the leading provider of open-platform solutions for the delivery of television services over broadband IP networks:
Development Manager
Responsibilities:
•2+ years of engineering management experience;
• Working experience for a US-based company ;
• Working experience in a start-up environment ;
• Willingness to visit US office for 3 months initially and return as needed is a must;
• Experience with client/server architecture, middleware, C, Java;
• Experience in developing software under Linux/Unix environments;
• Experience with video server, video and data streaming & codecs will be consider as a plus.
Requirements:
• Managing the teams of software developers and taking active part in the whole process;
• Working on projects for developing Client/Network and Server applications;
• Taking activity in the whole development process - design review, implementations ,unit & regression tests, integration and documentation;
• Working with software for project managing and knowledge base system ;
• Мanaging projects involving changes or enhancements to data integration solutions.
