Technical Support Engineer
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
• 2+ years of experience in field services or technical support;
• Very good knowledge of Linux/Unix (installation, configuration, settings );
• Good knowledge of Oracle Data Base, PL/SQL;
• Experience with IP networking, routing configuration and protocols;
• Experience with web based client/server applications;
• Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Job Responsibility:
• Providing technical support for all incoming and assigned customer cases by telephone, web, and email;
• Re-creating customer problems and testing customer configurations in-house to help diagnose problems;
• Coordinating and driving activities within company's policy to address customers' needs;
• Perform on-site customer troubleshooting, upgrades, etc.;
• Constantly seek to proactively identify opportunities for improvement in all processes, communication, and documentation;
