Functions:
- Install the server operating system and operating system utilities
- Maintain and monitor Linux, Apache, MySQL servers
- Recommend operating system updates and configuration modification
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Linux system administration
* Knowledge in Apache2 , SSL; mySQL-Server v5.x ;Firewalling and VPN
- Very good scripting know how in bash shells
- Experienced in remote administrating, monitoring, supervision
- Common knowledge of Windows 2003 enterprise active directory
- Exchange2000
Social and language requirements:
- Logical and methodical approach to work
- Prioritizing work tasks effectively
- High competence in troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Very good team player skills
- Excellent command of English
- German language would be considered as an advantage
