Communication Expert, IT Department, Sofia – Ref. №133
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operates and maintains network and communication devices
• Provides support for the Local Area Networks and Telephone infrastructure
• Responsible for the monitoring of the bank network
• Responsible for the administration of the telephone system of the bank
• Improves availability, security and performance network-wide
• Performs configuration changes in the communication equipment
• Prepares inventory of the telecommunication equipment
• Analyzes routers performance and utilization
• Participation in telecom-oriented projects
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Computer Sciences or related area
• At least 2 years relevant bank’s experience
• Very good knowledge of IT technologies
• Very good knowledge of Cisco technologies (CCNP or CCNA certificate)
• Knowledge on telephone systems (Alcatel, Cisco)
• Fluency in English
• Excellent Computer skills
• Self motivated and with good organizational skills
• Good communication and personal relation skills
