Technical support COORDINATOR

As well Adecco Bularia is engaged with the recruitment process for various clients – big multinational companies. Among them are IBM Bulgaria, HP, Melexis Bulgaria, Air Liquide, Bulbank and many others.
Currently we are looking for a:
Coordinator, responsible for any Installs, Moves, Amend and Changes, who will support our business in UK.
This person will be dealing efficiently with such request received via telephone, e-mail or fax. They will be producing monthly reports and monitor the Service Desk queues and allocate calls to Analysts. The Service Administrators will act as main focal point for all user requests and manage them through to resolution.
Duties:
- Ensuring that department is running as smoothly as possible at all times by carrying out all support task as requested – Deal efficiently with IMAC related calls from the user base and provide updates – Raise, administer, track and close all IMAC related requests – Ensure user incidents are brought to the attention of the designated Service Desk analyst – Liaise and co-ordinate with other parties involved in the completion of a IMAC request
Requirements:
- Excellent PC literacy – Excellent customer liaison skills – Good prioritization skills – Motivation to develop in dynamic and challending environment
