CRM Business Analyst

We are looking for motivated and responsible professional who wants to continue his/her development and gain new knowledge and skills.
Your responsibilities:
• Active cooperation with clients on identification of business requirements
• Define the specifications related to the requirements
• Implementation and maintenance of solutions according to identified requirements
• To be able to recommend the best solution according to the business needs
• Regular reporting
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience on CRM projects
• Practical experience as Business Analyst at least 1 year
• Excellent skills to communicate effectively
• Problem solving orientation
• Ability to clearly document specifications
• Fluent English. Other foreign languages are plus.
Advantages:
• Prior experience with Oracle CRM applications is a plus
• Project experience in international working environment is a plus
• Degree in Computer science, Informatics or related is a plus
