VISUAL DESIGNER - TEAM LEAD

Our client, INFRAGISTICS Ltd., is the world leader in user interface development tools. The company provides comprehensive toolset of user interface controls and components built on a framework allowing developers to create interfaces with the look and feel of today's most popular applications.
Join the Sofia branch of the company as VISUAL DESIGNER – Team Lead
Your responsibilities:
• Lead a team of designers responsible for creating default styles/skins for the Silverlight, ASP.NET and WPF product lines
• Assign project ownership to team members based on known skill sets and assessed strengths/weaknesses
• Ensure delivery deadlines are met by all team members
• Lead the design efforts of the team, setting the standard in terms of quality, attention to detail and work ethic
• Integrate design assets directly into the product using Visual Studio and Microsoft Expression Blend
• Lead collaboration sessions and foster a collaborative environment amongst the Design and Product teams
• Review proposed styling points at design meetings and provide feedback, anticipating design needs and customer design needs
Requirements:
• Very strong sense of user interface design
• Previously worked on integrated design
• Team lead experience
• Very good command of English - spoken and written
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Adobe Fireworks (Advanced)
• Microsoft Expression Blend (Advanced)
• Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 (or later) (Intermediate/Advanced)
• Adobe Flash or equivalent experience - (Intermediate/Advanced)
• HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, Silverlight and WPF user interface platforms is a plus
