The customer support person works directly with our potential and existing clients, providing them with comprehensive info about the services and resolving issues that they may have with purchasing.
Requirements:
* English – Excellent (written and spoken)
* Knowledge of and experience with Windows interface, e-mail client set-up and Control Panel management.
* Familiarity and experience with the structure of Internet, IP addresses, DNS records, web servers
* Understanding of the technical setup and operation of FTP clients, MySQL databases
* Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people.
* Should be inclined to learn and develop in a fast-paced, customer-oriented working atmosphere
* Ability to work in flexible shifts, including night ones.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide pre-sales, sales and technical consultations and recommendations via phone, Live Chat, e-mail
* Interact with the development team in bug reporting and resolution.
* Give suggestions for the design and implementation of new features and new functionality in our products and customer specific implementations.
