We are currently seeking a candidate with a strong IT background for this exciting role:
Position title: CRM Business Analyst
Main Responsibilities:
• Gathering and understanding business requirements
• Designing technical solutions
• Developing technical solutions
• Business Process Design/Redesign
• Provide functional application expertise
Qualifications and Experience:
• Required- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or have equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of professional IT experience
• At least 2 years in the implementation of CRM
• Experience with RDBMS
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with Web Services
• Works great both independently and in a team, and able to deliver under pressure
• Effective communication and partnering skills
• Fluent English
