Currently we are hiring for our IT department motivated and experienced professional on the position of:
Business Objects Developer - Sofia
The role: development of reports based on Business Objects; Improvement and troubleshooting of existing BO reports; Co-operation within the process of implementation of new reports and related training for the personal;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Takes assignments for application development from different bank units;
Prepares application projects upon receiving request for software development, suggesting possible solutions;
Conforms the project with his/her Supervisor and to the units which requested the development and initiates work on it;
Comply with delivery dates or escalate preemptively any expected delay;
Maintains the repository of reports and the set of tools used for report production;
Tests the application in test environment;
Set and maintain technical documentation and user guide preparation;
Supervises the operational production of the expected deliverables, address the issues within his domain, liaise with other contributors for the expected service to be delivered;
After user acceptance, performs training session of the users;
REQUIREMENTS:
High education relevant to the area;
Proficiency in Business Objects;
Minimum 2 years experience in development of BO
Experience in management of data-mart and ETL;
Good knowledge of database systems;
Knowledge of client/server envirounments;
Experience with MIS;
Analytical skills;
Good knowledge of English language
