Bank Peripheral Systems Coordinator- Sofia
The role: Lead and coordinate the processes on implementation and support of peripheral bank systems; contribute to gather related needs; govern the relationship with the systems/tools providers; responsible for requirements definition for system interfaces; governs the process of knowledge transfers and trainings, regarding the newly implemented systems/modules
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, oversee and troubleshoot Peripheral Systems at operations, implementation, and workflow level
Analyze, define and document requirements for System interfaces;
Establish and manage productive technical relationships with system/tool vendors to ensure successful and timely interface activities after delivery;
Govern the process of ongoing support for the Peripheral Systems;
Analyzes and estimates time and compatibility with hardware and other Systems/applications;
Communicate with Greece Head Office identified counterparts;
Timely informs his/her Supervisor when meeting obstacles preventing perform dully his/her obligations;
Conforms with all the procedures and instructions of the bank;
REQUIREMENTS:
High education relevant to the area;
Deep knowledge and understanding of bank Peripheral systems
Minimum 3 years experience with bank systems;
Project Management skills;
Analytical skills;
Knowledge of client/server environments;
Strong interpersonal skills;
English language is must;
