If you are:
• Fluent in German language (any other language will be considered as a very strong advantage)
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Result oriented and willing to learn
• Able to meet the targets set
• Computer literate
• Excellent team player
• Willing to work on shifts

Your Role:
• Provide excellent customer support via telephone and/or email
• Working for meeting our clients` service level agreements
