Head of Software Development Team

Responsibilities:
• Organizing and controlling the work of the Product Development Team;
• Developing the company ERP system, different modules and additional features of the software applications;
• Integrating the existing software infrastructure of the company;
• Defining and implementing thorough testing processes;
• Coaching & mentoring the development team;
• Responsible for development-level documentation; architecture, specifications, processes
Requirements:
• Technical university degree;
• Minimum two years previous professional experience on the same position;
• Relevant experience in software development under MS.NET Framework 3.5 - C#; ASP.NET, IDE Visual Studio 2008;
• Knowledge and practice in object oriented design and application servers;
• Experience in people and task management
• Ability to communicate with clients and define functionalities
• Good level of English language
• Excellent project management skills – able to plan and organize tasks in order to meet deadlines and quality targets
• High attention to details
• Strong leadership skills, team player and communicator
